sleep

Most adults need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep daily to feel fully awake and alert during their waking hours. Teenagers should have about 8.5 to 9.5 hours of sleep each night, and younger children require 9 to 11 hours.

look WE need at least 8 and a half hours of sleep! d lang 8 hours!

so when i sleep at 11 and wake up at 7, i only have 8 hours! that's short of 30 minutes!

don't blame me for being late in school! I'm just fulfilling one of the basic needs of a person! sleep! enough sleep!

HAHAHAHHAHA

and yeah sleeping during weekends for 10 hours is that much of an oversleeping habit.... it's just 30 minutes over the regular! just enough to catch up for the lack of 30 minutes during weekdays!
